Mr. Ashraf and the physio that I saw took time to discuss at length the procedure and helped me to move decisions. I was so impressed and felt so much better after talking it through. Thank you!

Engagement was great. I feel that the reception area can be improved. It is way too small.

Review of Small Joints written by a patient
12th October 2019

I found the care I received today was very good. From the moment I entered the hospital I was treated as a person not a member. Every department I went to treated me with kindness and asked me how I was I think the nursing staff are worth there weight in gold. The doctor I saw was Mr. Gudur he was really nice. He was kind, explained everything without you feeling rushed and he did it mind how many questions you asked.

Greeted at reception and helped to check in - nice service. Clean welcoming reception. Called in early to see consultant. Mr Treacy was friendly, clear communicator, efficient and practical. Gave me confidence in him and the hospital. All staff I saw today were extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking dreadful - not enough spaces!

Everyone has been kind and considerate towards me. Name tag has been checked in giving medication. A big thank you to everyone who's looked after me.
